1. Luna is an independent tool. It isn't made by, linked to or approved by Eldorado, DonutSMP, Microsoft / Minecraft, Discord or Binance.
2. Your accounts, your choice. When you connect your Eldorado, Minecraft, Discord or Binance accounts, your Luna signs in and acts for you: it reads your orders, updates your listings and sends payments. You manage those accounts yourself, and you're responsible for following their rules, including Eldorado's Terms of Service and Seller Rules.
3. Platforms may act on your account. Eldorado's terms limit giving account access to third parties and having more than one account. Several Luna customers run on the same servers, so Eldorado may see many accounts coming from one network address. Eldorado or another platform may sign you out, ask you to verify, limit or suspend your account. You connect your accounts at your own risk.
4. How your data is protected. Your saved logins and keys are encrypted with your account password. The Luna operator has no access to them through Luna and can't read them from stored files. While your Luna is running, it has to unlock them on our server to do its work, as any online service does.
5. Keep your password and recovery key safe. If you lose both, your encrypted data can't be recovered by anyone, including us.
6. Money and payments. Luna sends in-game money and crypto according to the settings you choose, and payments that have been sent can't be reversed. Check your settings. Luna is provided "as is": we aren't responsible for losses caused by your settings, outages, changes made by other platforms, or actions those platforms take on your accounts.
7. You can agree to this. You're at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live).
8. The full terms. This is a summary. The full Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also apply, including the limits on our liability, that all payments are final and non-refundable (only billing mistakes like being charged twice are refunded), and that accounts banned for exploits or abusive behaviour get no refund.
