Luna

Terms, Privacy & Refunds

Last updated: 16 October 2026. Please read these before using Luna. By creating an account or using Luna, you agree to them.

Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Luna ("Luna", "we", "us") is run by the Luna operator. "You" means the person using Luna. These terms are an agreement between you and us.

2. Who can use Luna

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding agreement. You use Luna for your own trading activity. You may not use Luna if the law where you live forbids it, or if we have suspended you before.

3. What Luna is

Luna is software. It automates tasks you set up for accounts you own: reading orders, updating listings, chatting with your buyers, sending in-game payments and crypto payouts, and running Discord panels. You decide what you sell, to whom, at what price, and how Luna behaves. Unless you use Luna Storefront (section 9), we are not a party to any sale, purchase or trade you make, and we never own, hold or sell your in-game items or money.

4. Independent tool: other platforms' rules apply to you

Luna works with services run by other companies, such as Eldorado, DonutSMP, Minecraft (Mojang / Microsoft), Discord, Binance and crypto networks ("Platforms"). Luna is not made, endorsed or approved by any of them (see Not affiliated).

  • You are solely responsible for reading and following each Platform's terms, rules and policies, including any rules about trading, automation, third-party tools, account sharing and multiple accounts.
  • Platforms may change their rules, systems or interfaces at any time, and may warn, limit, suspend or ban your accounts, cancel orders, or remove items or money. We have no control over this and are not responsible for it, including where several Luna users share the same servers or network address.
  • Nothing on this website is a statement that any use is allowed by a Platform. If you are unsure, ask the Platform before using Luna with it.

5. Your accounts and credentials

When you connect an account (for example an Eldorado Seller API key, a Minecraft or Discord account, or a wallet), you confirm it is yours and that you are allowed to connect it. Keep your Luna password, recovery key and connected credentials safe. You are responsible for everything done through your Luna account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

6. Your settings, your payments

Luna sends in-game money and crypto exactly as your settings and your buyers' confirmed details say. Payments that have been sent, in game or on a blockchain, cannot be reversed by us. You are responsible for your prices, limits, wallet addresses, payout settings and for checking them. If a buyer gives a wrong name or address and confirms it, the payment goes there; we are not responsible for recovering it.

7. Your buyers and your business

Your sales, disputes, refunds and customer service with your own buyers and sellers are between you and them. You are responsible for any licences, consumer obligations, record keeping and taxes that apply to your trading. Luna's receipts, logs and balance checks are tools to help you; they are not a guarantee that a Platform or a buyer will accept them.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Luna running, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It can be slow, interrupted or stop working, for example during maintenance, outages, attacks, or when a Platform changes or blocks something. We may change, add or remove features at any time. We don't promise any level of sales, profit, speed or uptime.

9. Luna Storefront and Shared Eldorado (add-on)

If you buy the Storefront add-on, orders from a listing we manage are passed to your Luna to deliver, and you are paid as shown in your panel. We decide how orders are shared, may pause or change the listing at any time, and may hold or adjust a payout if an order is cancelled, disputed or refunded on the Platform. Payout amounts are estimates until marked paid.

10. Suspension and ending your account

You can stop using Luna at any time. We may suspend or close your account, or stop your Luna, without notice if you break these terms, exploit or abuse Luna, behave in an abusive or unprofessional way towards us or other users, put other users or us at risk, a Platform or authority asks us to, or the law requires it. If we suspend or ban you for any of these reasons, you get no refund and lose any time left on your plan (see the Refund Policy). Unpaid or expired plans stop running automatically.

11. No warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, Luna is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, in-game items or currency, cryptocurrency, or for any account being limited, suspended or banned by a Platform; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to Luna is limited to the amount you paid us for Luna in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.

Some countries don't allow certain liabilities to be limited (for example for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Your responsibility to us (indemnity)

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs (including legal costs) caused by claims from anyone else that arise from: your use of Luna, your breach of these terms or of a Platform's rules, your trades and dealings with buyers or sellers, or content and credentials you connect.

14. Disputes and governing law

If you have a problem, contact us first (Contact) and give us 30 days to try to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Luna operator is based, and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law of your own country gives you a right to bring a claim where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version. For important changes we will tell you in Luna or ask you to agree again. If you keep using Luna after a change, you accept the new terms.

16. Everything else

If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we can still do so later. You may not transfer your account or these terms; we may transfer them to whoever takes over Luna. These terms (with the policies below) are the whole agreement between you and us about Luna.

Acceptable Use

You must not use Luna to:

  • break any law, including fraud, scams, money laundering, sanctions or terrorist-financing rules;
  • sell or deliver anything stolen, or use accounts, keys or cards that aren't yours;
  • deceive buyers, fake proof of payment or delivery, or abuse chargebacks and disputes;
  • spam, harass or threaten anyone, including through the Luna Discord bot or order chats;
  • attack, overload, probe or try to get around the security of Luna, other users' Lunas, or any Platform;
  • copy, resell, share or give others access to your Luna account or the Luna software;
  • put other users, us, or our servers and providers at risk.

We may suspend you straight away if we believe you're doing any of these, and may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Plans & payments

  • Prices are shown in US dollars. You pay in Litecoin (LTC) to the address and exact amount shown on your invoice, before it expires.
  • A plan starts when the payment is confirmed on the blockchain and runs for the number of days you bought. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose whether to buy again.
  • Crypto payments can't be reversed. If you send the wrong amount, to the wrong address, after the invoice expired, or on the wrong network, contact us with the transaction ID. We'll try to help but can't guarantee a fix, and network fees are not refunded. Payments are final (see the Refund Policy).
  • We may change prices for future purchases. A plan you already paid for keeps its price and length.

Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Luna is a digital service that starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. We do not give refunds for any reason, including when you change your mind, stop using Luna early, don't use your plan, have problems with a Platform (for example Eldorado or DonutSMP limiting or banning your account), or are unhappy with your results.

Banned accounts: no refund

If we suspend or ban your account because you exploited, abused or tried to get around Luna (including bugs, security, limits or other users), broke these terms or the Acceptable Use rules, or behaved in an abusive, threatening, dishonest or unprofessional way towards us, our staff or other users, you will not receive any refund, and any time left on your plan or add-ons is lost. This applies in every case and can't be appealed for a refund.

The only exception: billing mistakes

We only refund money that was taken by mistake, for example:

  • you were charged twice for the same invoice or plan;
  • you paid more than the invoice amount (we refund the extra part).

To ask, contact us within 7 days of the payment with your account email and the transaction ID(s). We check it on the blockchain, then refund the mistaken amount in LTC at the US-dollar value you paid, minus network fees, to an address you give us. Banned accounts are not eligible for this either, except where the law requires it.

If the consumer law of your country gives you a refund right that can't be removed by an agreement, that legal right still applies. Nothing else in this policy gives you a right to a refund.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

  • Your account: email address, a scrambled (hashed) password, sign-in and consent dates, two-factor settings, and, if you link it, your Discord ID, name and email.
  • Payments: your invoices, amounts, Litecoin addresses and transaction IDs.
  • Security: your IP address and sign-in attempts, to protect accounts and stop abuse.
  • Your Luna's data: your settings, orders, the buyer names and Eldorado usernames on those orders, logs, and the credentials you connect.

How it's protected

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Your connected credentials, wallets and keys are encrypted with a key that comes from your password; we can't read them from stored files. While your Luna runs, it has to unlock them on our servers to do its work, as any online service does. Orders, settings and logs stay readable to us so we can help you with problems.

Why we use it

To run Luna and your Luna, take payments, keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and abuse, answer you, meet legal duties, and enforce these terms. We use it because it's needed for our agreement with you, for our legitimate interest in a safe service, or because the law requires it.

Who it's shared with

  • The Platforms you connect (for example Eldorado, Discord, Minecraft / Microsoft sign-in, blockchain networks and explorers), only as needed to do what you set up.
  • Our hosting and network providers (for example our server host and DNS / security services).
  • Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, users or the public.

We don't sell your data and don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your buyers' data

For the buyers and sellers you trade with, you decide what Luna collects (for example their in-game name and Eldorado username) and why. You're responsible for having a lawful reason to use it; we process it only to run your Luna for you.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. Your browser may also store your theme and similar display choices.

How long we keep it

While your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your Luna's data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example payment records) or to resolve disputes and prevent abuse.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us to do so. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children
